Panorama user accounts are created by an administrator/service provider. Users cannot create accounts independently within the app.

To provide vehicle tracking, Panorama processes data coming from GPS tracking devices installed in vehicles. This may include:

Panorama primarily displays vehicle location data received from installed GPS tracking devices.
The Panorama app is not intended to track the user's personal mobile device location. If any mobile device location access is used (e.g., for map-related functions), it is used only to support app functionality and not for advertising.

- With the organization/company that owns or operates the tracked vehicles
- With infrastructure/technical service providers (hosting, databases, monitoring) solely to run the service
